These Terms & Condidtions ("Terms") govern your use of the website and services provided by Goodfriend Design ("we", "us" or "our"). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Services
We provide art consulting, design, curation, and custom artwork services tailored to our clients in various markets including healthcare, senior living, hospitality and residential environments. Our services are decorative and consultative only and should not be interpreted as medical, legal, psychological, or financial advice.
2. Orders & Payments

All custom artwork and consulting services require written approval before work begins.

A deposit may be required at the time of placing an order, with the remaining balance due prior to delivery or installation unless otherwise outlined in your quote and invoice.

Payments must be made via the methods specified on invoices or contracts in US dollar.

Once an order is confirmed, all sales are final.

4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:

Providing accurate information, specifications, measurements, and feedback during the design process.

The final approval of artwork before production or installation.

Safe handling, installation (unless contract through us), and maintenance of artwork after delivery.
5. Limitaion of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Goodfriend Design shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or realted to the use of our artwork, consulting services, or website. This includes, but is not limited to:

Loss of profits or business opportunities

Reputational Harm

Property damage caused during installation or handling of artwork. (Installers are bonded and insured) We will help file a claim with the installer if damage does occur.

Claims arising from third-party use or misuse of the artwork.
6. Website Use & Content
All content on our website is either original content owned by Goodfriend Design or has been designed in conjunction with an artist, designer or other art consulting firm.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written consent. We reserve the right to update or remove website content at any time without notice.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the state of South Carolina without the regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in South Carolina.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update there Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available on our website. By continuing to use our services after changes are posted, you agree to the updated Terms.
