While we carefully curate and design art programs intended to enhance environments, we make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes related to health, wellness, or patient/resident experiences. Clients are responsible for making final decisions regarding the use, placement, and suitability or any artwork or design services.
Refund Policy
At Goodfriend Design, we strive to create unique pieces for our clients. Because of the personalized nature of custom artwork, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been placed.
We want every client to be happy with their piece. While we cannot offer refunds, we do:

Communicate with you during the design process to ensure we capture your vision.

Provide previews or proofs (when applicable) for your feedback before finalizing the artwork.

Offer minor revisions within reason to ensure your satisfaction with the final piece.
If you receive a damaged product (e.g., in shipping), please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or the product and packaging so we can work with you on a resolution.
